2. How can I check on my order? |

When your order has been received and
you have provided us with a valid email address,
you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive
a confirmation email,
please log on to your Yebuda account to verify if your order has been
placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from
getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status
by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and logging in with your user ID
and password then you will see the order list under "My Shopping
History.

an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any
stock. Most items are not reordered.

Can I modify or cancel my order? |
Once
an order has been placed and order status change to "Money Transfer
Received" which is mean we start processing your order, we do not allow
for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product
information carefully before confirming your order.
The order that placed but no payment transfer to Yebuda.com, you can cancel
your order anytime.
If the product has already been shipped, you will need to make arrangements
to return it to Yebuda.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping
to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid
that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All
order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns
without authorization will be refused.

currently do not have a printed catalogue, but we hope to offer one in the

How long will my delivery take? |
Orders
will be delivered by Korea Postal service (EMS). You should expect to receive
the order within three (3) business days from the time we ship out from
our warehouse. Three (3) business days is only an estimate; actual delivery
time may differ depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues.
If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process
