2. How can I check on my order?
Order Status :

When your order has been received and you have provided us with a valid email address,
you will receive an Order Confirmation via email. Should you not receive a confirmation email,
please log on to your Yebuda account to verify if your order has been placed before re-submitting your order to avoid duplicate orders from getting placed. As a registered user you can also view your order status by clicking on "MY ACCOUNT" and logging in with your user ID and password then you will see the order list under "My Shopping History.

3. Do you ship internationally?
Yebuda.com ships internationally to any country served by EMS (Express Mail Service)
Note : EMS (Express Mail Service) is an international express service offered by over 140 postal services worldwide.

4. What if the item I am looking for is not shown on the website?
If an item is no longer available on the website, then we no longer have any stock. Most items are not reordered.

5. Can I modify or cancel my order?
Once an order has been placed and order status change to "Money Transfer Received" which is mean we start processing your order, we do not allow for order or item cancellation. We kindly suggest that you read the product information carefully before confirming your order.
The order that placed but no payment transfer to Yebuda.com, you can cancel your order anytime.

If the product has already been shipped, you will need to make arrangements to return it to Yebuda.com. You will be responsible for the cost of shipping to and from the scheduled destination. Product must be returned on the skid that it was shipped on and in the same condition that it was received. All order cancellations must have a return authorization number, all returns without authorization will be refused.

6. Do you have a printed catalogue?
We currently do not have a printed catalogue, but we hope to offer one in the near future. All products can be browsed and purchased online at Yebuda.com.

7. How long will my delivery take?
Orders will be delivered by Korea Postal service (EMS). You should expect to receive the order within three (3) business days from the time we ship out from our warehouse. Three (3) business days is only an estimate; actual delivery time may differ depending on your local delivery situation and customs issues. If items in your order are not in stock, it will take longer to process the order. read more about deliverly process

11. What if the merchandise is not in stock?
Occasionally, high demand causes us to run out of certain items. If the item you ordered is out-of-stock, you will receive an "out-of-stock" email notice and the item will be removed from your order. Please note that you will not be charged for any out of stock items. You will only be charged for items that will be shipped.

You must create an account with Yebuda.com in order to make online purchases and to enjoy other benefits. You will find that registering is easy and FREE!

13. Why should I become a registered user?
Registration gives you 24-hour shopping privileges and advance notices of Yebuda.com promotions, plus the following additional benefits:

1. You will not be required to re-enter your shipping or billing addresses every time you order online. Whenever you place an order, it will be delivered to the registered address on file, unless you direct us otherwise.

2. You can browse, shop and, if necessary, complete your order at a later time. We'll keep track of the items you've already put in your shopping cart so that when you come back later, you will not have to re-select the items again. Note that placing items to your shopping cart for purchase at a later time does not guarantee item availability.
